1. Strategic Planning

• Assist the General Manager/CEO in formulating the company’s long-term development strategy, annual business plans, and interim business objectives.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region or globally to identify new business opportunities and growth drivers.
• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for products or services to balance market competitiveness with corporate profit margins.

2. Revenue & Sales Management

• Oversee and manage daily business operations, coordinating across departments (such as Marketing, Sales, and Delivery) to ensure the achievement of overall revenue targets.
• Lead the acquisition and management of key accounts, and represent the company in negotiating and signing high-value commercial contracts and partnership agreements.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, analyze operational data and financial performance on a regular basis, and submit status reports and development plans to the Board of Directors or headquarters.

3. Financial & Risk Control

• Collaborate closely with the finance team on budget planning, while strictly monitoring costs and the return on investment (ROI) across business lines.
• Assess legal, compliance, and financial risks associated with business projects, ensuring that all commercial activities adhere to local laws and regulations in Singapore.

4. Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead and mentor business, sales, or marketing teams; define team KPIs and conduct performance evaluations.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, and succession planning for senior commercial personnel to build a high-performing business development team.

5. Statutory Compliance Responsibilities in Singapore

• In Singapore, if a Business Director is also appointed as an Executive Director—registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)—they assume statutory responsibilities under the Singapore Companies Act. These include ensuring annual financial filings, convening regular general meetings of shareholders, and bearing legal responsibility for the company’s lawful and compliant operations.

Pay: $18,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
