POSITION 1: Device42 Consultant

Salary: RM 8,000–10,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex IT projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT projects.
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage project teams, vendors, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Coordinate with senior management, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Establish project governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics.
• Monitor milestones, resolve delivery blockers, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage change requests and ensure appropriate approval processes.
• Prepare status reports, steering committee updates, and project documentation.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing IT, infrastructure, technology transformation, or enterprise implementation projects.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, risk management, and governance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
