Responsibilities:
Prepare the Revenue Summary of the company

Maintain daily accounting duties, including account receivable and payable

Liaise with external customers for account receivable settlement

Prepare monthly aging reconciliation and issue customers’ statement

Responsible to prepare AP, AR, general ledger, and month-end closing.

Perform ad hoc duties and assignment as required

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Accounting Studies.

At least 3 years related experiences, logistic industry experience is highly preferred

High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Experience in SAP would be advantageous

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management

Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Immediate Available is highly preferred
