  • Working Day: Monday - Friday

  • Working Hour: 9am - 6pm

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Provide accurate information about products or services

  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner

  • Process orders, requests, and service-related transactions

  • Maintain customer records and update interaction details

  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when needed
