We provide home-based healthcare and community care services that enable seniors to age safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are seeking dedicated nursing professionals to provide clinical nursing care to elderly clients living in HDB flats, condominiums, and private residences across Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and monitor clients' health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice.
• Provide wound care, catheter care, stoma care, and other nursing procedures.
• Manage enteral feeding and feeding tube care in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs and identify changes in clients' conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate clients and family caregivers on care techniques and health management.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and care records.
• Liaise with doctors, hospitals, allied health professionals, and family members regarding client care.
• Participate in care coordination and escalation of clinical concerns when necessary.

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Must be a State Registered Nurse (RN) or State Enrolled Nurse (EN).
• Must hold a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and be legally permitted to practise nursing in Singapore.
• Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Degree in Nursing, or equivalent recognised nursing qualification.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable travelling to clients' homes across Singapore.

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in home care, community nursing, hospital nursing, palliative care, geriatric care, rehabilitation, or long-term care.
• Experience caring for seniors with chronic illnesses, dementia, or mobility limitations.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently in community settings.

Working Hours

• Flexible work arrangements.
• Weekday, evening, weekend, and public holiday assignments available.
• Assignments may range from single visits to recurring care engagements.

• Competitive hourly or per-visit rates.
• Higher rates for weekends, public holidays, and complex nursing procedures.
