Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead our business expansion, drive revenue growth, and manage key client accounts across our food service and hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and targets to increase market share and corporate partnerships.

• Identify new business opportunities, corporate dining accounts, B2B catering contracts, and promotional tie-ups.

• Manage end-to-end client relationships, negotiate contract terms, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

• Analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities to optimize pricing and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute promotional campaigns and corporate events.

• Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and revenue analyses for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management, business development, or corporate account management (F&B or hospitality experience preferred).

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software, data analytics, and MS Office suite.

• Ability to work flexible hours to meet clients and attend networking or industry events.
