Now, we are seeking a Café Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare ingredients and desserts according to recipes & SOPs
• Ensure consistent taste, texture and quality of all desserts
• Prepare, bake and decorate desserts according to orders
• Ensure desserts are neat, presentable and sale-ready
• Maintain cleanliness of personal hygiene, kitchen, equipment and work area.
• Monitor ingredient stock and ensure proper storage of ingredients & finished desserts
• Assist with special orders, seasonal and festive desserts items
• Participate in R&D for new desserts, including sample preparation, recipe improvement and quality control
• Work closely with the kitchen team and assist with other kitchen/cafe duties when required.

Requirements :

• Basic knowledge and understanding of baking is required.
• Passionate and eager to learn about baking and pastry.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts according to business requirements.
• Passionate about the food, bakery, and hospitality industry.
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
