Key Responsibilities

Create detailed project timelines, phases, and resource allocations.
Budget Management:
Prepare cost estimates, negotiate contracts, and track financial expenses.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure work meets local building codes, legal requirements, and safety regulations.
Problem Solving:

Required Qualifications
Education:
A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Several years of prior experience in the construction industry or junior project roles.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and familiarity with project management software
