At Aurora Talent, our Power & New Energies team builds long-term, partnerships to deliver on contingent recruitment, exclusive roles, mass hire campaigns and retained searches with global energy and infrastructure companies.

You’ll learn alongside market leaders and our L&D manager by joining client meetings, reviewing live deals every week, and owning your deliverables.

What you’ll do

• Identify and engage candidates across Asia’s energy sector.
• Approach passive and active candidates, to guide them through interviews, offers and some of their most important career decisions.
• Advise clients on salaries, talent availability and market trends.
• Grow into managing your own clients.
