We are seeking a detail-oriented Policy Administrator to support the accurate administration of commercial lines general insurance policies. This role involves processing new business, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, maintaining policy documentation, and ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements, while working closely with the underwriting team to deliver timely and accurate policy issuance.
You will be expected to:
Process policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, amendments, cancellations, and other policy transactions for commercial lines business in compliance with established standards.
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of policy information
Provide support to internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth policy administration and timely resolution of issues
Ensure all policy documents and endorsements are issued and completed by month-end
Monitor outstanding policy requirements and follow up on pending documentation to ensure timely completion
Prepare reports and assist with policy administration tracking and operational activities as required
Identify and recommend improvements to operational processes to enhance efficiency and maintain high standards of policy issuance
The right fit person will have/be:
At least 3 years of relevant experience in commercial lines general insurance policy servicing or operations
Strong knowledge of general insurance products, regulatory requirements, and policy servicing processes
Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with policy administration systems is an advantage
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills in English and Cantonese
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for the Senior Policy Administrator position
