FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Job Description*
1. Reports directly to the Senior General Manager.
2. Leads and supervises the Finance Department and its staff.
3. Oversees budget preparation, cash flow management and financial controls.
4. Prepares and presents monthly management accounts and financial reports.
5.Monitors Accounts Payable and Receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
6.Ensures compliance with tax regulations, E-Invoicing and statutory reporting requirements.
7. Liaises with auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external parties.
8.Ensures proper financial recordkeeping, cash float control and staff training.

Requirements

· Possess at least a relevant Bachelor Degree and ACCA.

· At least 3 years related experience as a Financial Controller, preferable in the hotel or hospitality industry.

· Proven experience in finance management with sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.

· Must be compliance oriented and well versed in auditing experiences

· Proficiency in accounting software

· Analytical in financial data, evaluating risk and financial growth

· Must possess strong leadership qualities and possess good inter personal skills.
