Responsibilities:

• To support Fleet Lead in fleet administrative control and operational coordination
• To manage service and maintenance planning, including scheduling and follow-ups with workshops
• To issue and monitor work orders, repair records, and service documentation
• To coordinate vehicle movement, workshop arrangements, and service completion tracking
• To monitor idle vehicles, fleet utilization, and operational status updates
• To support PUSPAKOM inspection preparation and coordination
• To ensure proper documentation control, tracking, and compliance with fleet SOP
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• SPM or equivalent
• Minimum 2 year of relevant working experience is preferred
• Responsible with positive working attitude
• Able to communicate in English
• Possess valid driving license and familiar with roads in JB

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
