Job Description & Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Project scheduling
• Engineering Coordination
• Site Execution
• Progress Monitoring

Core Responsibilities:

• Support business manager to secure new projects.
• Meet up and discuss with clients regarding project scope and time schedule.
• Preparation of all documents and information for submission.
• Co-ordinate with operation team, main contractors, and consultants.
• Attend site progress and safety meetings.
• Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project site.
• Conduct project site supervision and inspection on a regular basis.
• To plan and execute project site work till completion and hand over.
• Responsible for determining the cause of site issues and initiate corrective action.
• Maintain proper filing and records for each project.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by manger or director.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in construction related field.
• Min 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge in ERSS works & on-site supervision is an advantage.
• Highly motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Confidence in interacting with a variety of consultants, sub-consultants, and suppliers.

Remuneration Details:

• Monthly salary $3,000 - $5,000
• 5.5 day work week
• 38 days Leave per year (Annual Leave 14 days + Sick Leave 14 days + 10 days Casual Leave)
