JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and retention strategies for all levels of staff.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Lead performance management processes, employee appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
Manage HR metrics and reporting to support decision-making.
Coach and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, HR best practices, and payroll administration.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategy.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
