Our client, a Singapore-headquartered financial institution, is seeking an experienced Loan Operations professional to join its Operations leadership team. The role covers the full loan lifecycle, works directly with senior business stakeholders, and carries scope to lead the team when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee loan administration and servicing across the full loan lifecycle, covering a range of financing structures
• Review transactions in detail and challenge business teams and counterparties where required.
• Act as a key operations contact for senior business stakeholders and management.
• Lead and develop operations teams, and deputise for the department head when needed.
• Manage third-party service providers and drive process improvements.
• Maintain operational controls and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
• At least 12 years of experience in loan operations, administration and servicing within the financial services industry, with hands-on experience in syndicated and bilateral corporate loans.
• Experience managing teams and third-party vendors.
• Clear communicator, able to work at both detailed and management level.
