Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations:
Monitor work progress, assign tasks, run crew huddles, and report status updates to the project manager or superintendent.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct routine site inspections, and manage emergency responses.
Quality Control:
Inspect completed work and materials against architectural blueprints and project specifications.
Documentation:
Keep daily logs, track attendance, and record milestone progress.
