Job Summary
Support inventory management and procurement processes while providing administrative assistance to ensure smooth operational workflows.
Responsibilities
Monitor delivery schedules and maintain accurate records of components inventory to ensure stock availability
Distribute components efficiently for assembly use to support production timelines
Verify supplier invoices and update payment records accurately in the system to maintain financial accuracy
Perform filing, data entry, and prepare documents to support administrative operations and ensure organized records
Execute assigned ad-hoc tasks promptly to assist with operational needs
