We're Hiring: Operations Manager (Customer Support)

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM10,000 Basic + RM2,000 Fixed Position Allowance

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a Customer Service operation supporting a smart device project in the US market.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager in Customer Service operations.
• Strong experience managing Call and Chat Support teams.
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency to communicate effectively with US-based clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in the smart device or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Must be flexible and comfortable working across different shifts based on business and stakeholder requirements.

Working Schedule:

• Primarily night shifts based on US business hours (Malaysia Time).
• Flexibility to work day shifts when required for stakeholder meetings or operational needs.
• Willingness to accommodate different shifts is essential.

Compensation & Benefits:

• RM10,000 Basic Salary
• RM2,000 Fixed Position Allowance
