Key Responsibilities

Compliance

Make sure client work complies with the Employment Act, the Employment of Foreign Manpower Act, the Employment Agencies Act and CPF rules

Advise clients on the Fair Consideration Framework (FCF), TAFEP and the Tripartite Guidelines

Review employment contracts, HR policies, payroll and work pass records for compliance

Make sure our EA licence conditions and EA personnel registrations are maintained

Immigration & Settling into Singapore

Oversee all pass types, including EP, S Pass, Work Permit, ONE Pass, EntrePass, Training Employment Pass, Dependant’s Pass, LTVP and PR (including GIP)

Help foreign employees and their families settle in Singapore

Handle escalations, appeals and queries from MOM and ICA

Team Management

Lead and develop the team across Singapore and the region

Set KPIs, review work quality and maintain SOPs

Requirements

At least 3–5 years at an employment agency, HR consultancy or corporate services firm

At least 2 years of team management experience, preferably regional

Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, work passes and PR applications

CEI certified, or willing to obtain it

A detail-oriented, compliance-first mindset with strong leadership skills
