JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Define, review, update & implement written SOPs.
• To improve production efficiency by planning & analyses process performance, workflow, capacity, space requirements & equipment layout.
• To train & supervise production operators in performing their daily work tasks to achieve production target.
• To ensure all production activities & process comply with ISO standards & mandatory regulations.
• To be responsible for capacity, productivity & quality control of any products from the production line.
• Monitor & inspect frame welding process according to drawing & Operation Manual Sheet.
• Ensure all machine & equipment are in good condition & conduct schedule maintenance.
• Construct Kaizen for workplace, process & production flow.
• Other jobs assigned by Management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing or related fields).
• Proven work experience as a Process Engineer.
• Experience with process simulations & standard operating procedures.
• High-level knowledge of process engineering software systems.
• Experience working with CAD & AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
