Key Responsibilities

·        Prepare sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation accurately and efficiently.

·        Generate sales quotations as assigned by the salesperson.

·        Provide prompt, professional customer service and respond to inquiries across various communication channels (e.g., phone, email, messaging platforms).

·        Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer orders, coordinating closely with relevant departments.

·        Liaise with internal teams such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to fulfil order requests and resolve any operational issues.

·        Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering reliable sales support and accurate product information.

·        Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and service recovery.

·        Generate monthly customer statements and monitor payment status, following up as necessary.

·        Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the department head or management.

Qualifications

·        Minimum O-Level or equivalent; diploma preferred

·        Higher qualifications (e.g., Degree) are a plus

·        2+ years of customer service experience in food, retail, or wholesale trade

·        Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a plus

·        Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers

The company will relocate to Loyang at the end of this year
