岗位职责
Key Responsibilities
To assist Planning engineers in all form of documentation works.
To receive latest shop drawings from drafting team and maintain updated shop drawing list
To prepare EXCEL database for all the precast components and update the material data those received from Quantity Surveyor
Monitor & update the production records in the database on daily basis.
To monitor and maintain stock record for main contractor supply materials.
Responsible for all the material order for few selected projects.
Prepare weekly & monthly report of production, delivery and material usage.
Compile some QC documents to submit to main contractor / RTO on weekly or monthly basis for a few selected projects.
Requirements
N-Level / O-Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in any discipline
Preferably 1 year of experience in data entry, planning support, or administrative work
Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry.
Good organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be comfortable working from home.
