About the role

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Service Associate (Wine Bar) to join our team. As part of our close-knit team, you will support the day-to-day operations of the wine bar while delivering warm and memorable experiences to our guests. This is a hands-on role that combines guest service, bar operations, food preparation, stock management, and venue upkeep.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily bar setup and closing procedures.
• Assist with beverage preparation and service during operating hours.
• Prepare and assemble cheese and charcuterie platters.
• Slice artisanal cold cuts and French cheeses with care and attention to presentation.
• Prepare light bar snacks and ensure food quality standards are maintained.
• Chill wines, beverages, and bottled water as required.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies during service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue.

About you

• Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays as required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• F&B experience is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.
• Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
