Key Responsibilities
Identify and secure new business opportunities with distributors, wholesalers, importers, retailers and corporate clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts while achieving annual sales targets.
Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies and commercial discussions with customers.
Coordinate closely with production, procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
Analyses market trends, competitor activities and customer demand to identify business opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and monthly management reports.
Participate in regional and international trade exhibitions, customer meetings and business development activities.
Oversee customer complaint resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform other business development and sales management duties assigned by Management.
Working Environment
Office and manufacturing plant environment.
Frequent visits to production facilities and customer sites.
Overseas business travel required based on operational needs.
Fast-paced environment with responsibility for meeting business targets and project deadlines.
Additional Job Requirements
Able to work on rotating shifts, including day shifts, night shifts, weekends and Public Holidays, according to operational requirements.
Must be flexible to adapt to changing work schedules, including alternating between day and night shifts with short notice when required by business operations.
Must remain contactable outside of normal working hours for urgent operational matters, customer issues or business-critical situations, where reasonably required by the Company.
Able to respond promptly to operational emergencies and provide management support when necessary.
Willing to travel to customer sites, warehouses or company facilities outside normal working hours whenever operational needs arise.
