We're looking for a passionate and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team, drive store performance, and deliver great customer experiences.

What You'll Do

• Drive store sales performance and achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong results.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Assist the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
• Take charge of store operations in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma in Business, Retail Management, or related fields is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or team-leading role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales-driven, proactive, and confident in managing a team.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work retail shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Location : Segway Mid Valley
