• Client Acquisition & Book Building: Acquire new-to-bank HNW/UHNW clients via personal networks, referrals, internal partnerships, and external business channels.
  

• Holistic Wealth Advisory: Provide expert guidance on portfolio allocation, investment opportunities, lending and credit solutions, wealth planning, and succession/family governance.
  

• Portfolio & Wallet Share Growth: Deepen existing client relationships to maximise wallet share, cross-sell bank offerings, and hit revenue/profit targets.
  

• Specialist Collaboration: Partner with internal product specialists (treasury, credit, investment advisory) to deliver tailored solutions.
  

• Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, and MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore) or local regulatory standards.

skills and experience required

• Experience: Several years of proven track record in private banking or wealth management (often requiring an existing portable client book or Assets Under Management / AUM track record, e.g., SGD 100M+)
  

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  

• Certifications: Mandatory local regulatory exams such as CACS (Client Advisors Competency Standards) Paper 1 and Paper 2 in Singapore, plus relevant CMFAS modules (e.g., M1, M5, M6/M6A, M8/M8A, M9/M9A) depending on product lines.
  

• Language & Market Expertise: Strong fluency in English and Mandarin (or specific regional market coverage like North Asia, Southeast Asia) to liaise with cross-border clients.
