About The Job

• Formulate and execute comprehensive project marketing strategies, brand positioning, and integrated campaign roadmaps across digital, print, and outdoor channels.
• Drive end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, social media strategies, SEO/SEM performance, and targeted lead generation campaigns to boost engagement and footfall.
• Conceptualize and produce essential sales assets, including project brochures, digital collateral, virtual tours, show unit experiences, and Sales Gallery environmental graphics.
• Coordinate major project launches, open houses, campaigns, and promotional activities in collaboration with internal teams, creative agencies, and ID contractors.
• Oversee brand reputation initiatives, award submissions, agency performance, and CRM management to optimize customer journey touchpoints and sales conversion pipeline.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in real estate project marketing, branding, or digital marketing within the property development industry.
• Strong track record in managing digital platforms, performance marketing, social media content, and lead generation campaigns.
