岗位职责
Assist with contract administration for construction projects.
Review contractual documents and monitor compliance with contract requirements.
Prepare progress payment claims, variation orders, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
Identify contractual risks and assist in resolving claims and disputes.
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and subcontractors on contractual matters.
Maintain contract records, correspondence, and claims documentation.
Support contract negotiations and provide guidance to junior staff when required.
