岗位职责
Warehouse Assistant
Compensation: Up to S$3,250/month (dependent on experience) + up to 3 months variable bonus
Work Arrangement: 5-day week, incl. 1 weekend day (Sat or Sun)
About BullionStar
Singapore's leading precious metals dealer. We buy, sell, store and deliver physical gold, silver and platinum worldwide. We're independent and intentionally lean, with no red tape and real impact for everyone.
The Role
Every piece of gold and silver we hold belongs to someone who trusts us to keep it safe. This entry-level, hands-on vault and warehouse role protects that trust by making sure every item is handled correctly, every time.
What You'll Do
Receive deliveries, check against paperwork, store products and prepare items for dispatch
Count, check and record every item accurately and run inventory counts
Learn gold and silver authenticity testing and cash handling
Pick, pack, double-check and ship online orders
Maintain showroom displays
Flag issues and suggest better ways to work
Who You Are
Extremely careful and detail-oriented; you always double-check
Physically fit and comfortable standing, lifting and carrying heavy items all day
Sharp-eyed; you notice when something looks off
Honest and trustworthy with high-value products
Calm, practical and sensible under pressure
Proactive and keen to learn about the precious metals industry
No diploma, degree or prior experience required. Discipline, stamina and an eye for detail matter more than your CV.
This is not a normal warehouse or desk job. You'll be handling people's wealth, where every gram counts. It's a great way to start a career in precious metals.
