Job Description

Join Absolute Kinetics Consultancy (AKC) and be part of our growing team. We are looking for a friendly and proactive Client Engagement Executive to look after our clients, keep in regular contact and help them find the right courses and training solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Be a main point of contact for corporate and individual clients
• Respond to client enquiries and follow up promptly
• Keep in regular contact with clients to understand their training needs and upcoming plans
• Recommend suitable courses and training solutions
• Support clients with course registrations, bookings and confirmations
• Prepare quotations, course proposals and client documents
• Encourage repeat bookings and referrals from existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams and trainers to meet client requirements
• Keep client records and interactions accurate in CRM
• Handle client feedback and concerns professionally
• Assist with other client-related duties as required

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional and service-minded
• Proactive, organised and attentive to details
• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in client servicing, account management or sales would be an advantage
• Training will be provided
