Our Client, is an established provider of integrated security solutions and services, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Sales Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on quotation confirmations.

• Coordinate work orders and maintain proper sales documentation and records.

• Support sales administration, including customer PO follow-up, down payment collection, and vendor/customer portal setup.

• Prepare sales reports, quotation summaries, and service agreements.

• Assist to prepare Security Design on floor plan based on customer requirement when required.

• Coordinate maintenance contract renewals and sales-related communications.

• Build customer relationships by gathering feedback and providing administrative support.

• Perform any other sales coordination and administrative duties assigned by the Management.

• Credit Control - to chase for and follow up on the status of payment from customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Business Studies

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles

OTHER INFORMATION:

Location : Benoi (Company transport provided)
Working Days/Hours : 5 days, 8.15AM - 5.30PM
Salary : $2500 + Bonus + AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
