We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Assistant with good MS Excel skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving, checking, storing, and issuing warehouse materials and spare parts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data in MS Excel.
• Prepare stock reports, maintain spreadsheets, and track incoming and outgoing items.
• Assist with stock counting and physical inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper labeling, binning, and organization of warehouse items.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and accounts teams regarding stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate documentation for deliveries, transfers, and stock movements.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role is preferred.
• Good numerical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.
• Experience in automotive spare parts will be an advantage.
