Exp: Min 2 years of experience of related working experience

Working in Semi-conductor Industry, printed circuit board, packaging substrate industry, is a great advantage

Familiar with trouble shooting and maintenance of large machines

Person who can work independently and willing to ask for support

Person who is patient, flexible, and work with hospitality

Person who is willing to go to client site in the case of emergencies

Japanese speaking ability is a great advantage to communicate with Japanese HQ an PIC of clients

Provide on-site technical cares for clients, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Address and resolve customer issues promptly.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.

Strive to get up-to-date technical skills and knowledge to keep pace with industry advancements.

Communicate effectively with clients and JP headquarter to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Assist in planning and executing field service projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Work closely with technical team in Japan to provide high-end services with clients.

Other Ad-hoc duties if assigned by managements.
