Job Summary
You will manage inbound loan applications and enquiries, guide customers through the loan process, review financial documents for compliance, and provide timely updates and support to ensure a smooth loan experience.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through the loan application process by understanding their needs and recommending suitable loan options
Review financial documents to ensure all applications comply with company SOPs and industry regulations
Provide clear and timely updates to customers throughout their loan application journey
Manage inbound loan enquiries efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Demonstrate strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers
Maintain a positive attitude to support a collaborative and customer-focused environment
No prior finance experience required; willingness to learn and undergo training

Working Hours and Location
Outlets island wide; you will be registered to only one
Monday to Saturday: 11am to 8pm; Sunday: 10am to 6pm; one weekday off scheduled

Basic salary + meal allowance + uncapped commission + bonus
