Job Description:
Focus on webinar creation and execution in On24. Additionally.

The Campaign Developer will comprehend technical processes.

Address any concerns, and escalate any issues to ensure timely projects delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration with other team members to confirm the webinar’s feasibility and translate marketing strategy and requirements into business requirements.

Review and interpretation of webinar requests.

Build registration pages via On24 for webinars, collaborating with webinar owners to receive and implement content.

Troubleshoot on webinar content creation, personalization, and URL issues.

Attend client webinars in a background support role to enable the sessions.

Manages client and team expectations throughout delivery; flags risks and issue escalations related to the webinars.

Collaborate with platform integrations.

Requirements:
Fluent/Native Japanese language proficiency, must be able to work in a business context.

2-4 years of experience in marketing which may include campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations.

High school diploma.

Experience with one or more leading webinar platforms, e.g., On24, Zoom Webinars, Webex Webinars, GoToWebinar, Adobe Connect.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.

Client service delivery experience.

Prioritization and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
B2B marketing experience
