Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyse, develop, and implement business processes in various countries in Asia with a focus on Vietnam, Malaysia, and Taiwan.
• To ensure competitive pricing and strive for cost reduction through proper checking and monitoring of Purchase Orders.
• To support Vietnam's subsidiaries' corporate insurance renewal process and insurance coverage.
• To evaluate business processes to minimize risk and cost.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.

Requirements:

• Degree in business or accounting.
• Min. 2 years of experience in process management.
• Meticulous, proactive, and dynamic with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Background/experience in Vietnam is a plus.
• Effective communication and people engagement skills. Fluency in spoken and written Vietnamese is required to communicate directly with local stakeholders in Vietnam.
• Good organizational and analytical skills
• Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
