Cloud Solution Architect

Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM9,000 – RM15,000 per month

Job Summary

The Cloud Solution Architect is responsible for designing and optimizing cloud-based solutions that meet customer business requirements. This role combines technical expertise with consultative engagement, helping customers develop suitable cloud architectures and supporting them throughout their digital transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud architectures based on customer requirements.
• Work closely with customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from requirements gathering and architecture design to deployment, operations and optimization.
• Provide technical advice and explain complex cloud concepts clearly to technical and business stakeholders.
• Keep up to date with cloud technologies and industry developments to identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and services.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and technical teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Support technical operations and account management activities when required by the Business Development team.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and ensure solutions are delivered according to agreed requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure design or technical consulting.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, including IaaS, PaaS, networking, storage, security and automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop practical and effective technical solutions.
• Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS, Alibaba Cloud or Microsoft Azure are an advantage.

Pay: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
