Job Responsibilities

• Handle foreign worker recruitment, documentation, and related processes.
• Manage recruitment and selection activities.
• Handle company licences, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Manage company vehicle administration and related records.
• Coordinate employee medical insurance matters.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR reports.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or an equivalent qualification.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with relevant working experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
