Responsibilities

-Monitor system health, service performance, and operational metrics using monitoring and observability tools; support the development and maintenance of monitoring,dashboards,metrics,alerting,and related platform components.

-Develop and maintain backend services and platform features related to monitoring and operational capabilities, and contribute to enhancements and continuous improvements within existing systems.

-Support resource requests, allocation, configuration, and monitoring for data platform and infrastructure resources; perform routine maintenance to ensure platform stability and reliability.

-Perform first-line troubleshooting of common platform and infrastructure issues using logs, metrics, monitoring tools, and established SOPs; resolve routine issues where possible and escalate complex or high-impact issues to senior engineers.

-Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand resource requirements,support appropriate configurations, and communicate operational issues and potential risks clearly.

Requirements

-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

-1–4 years of experience in backend development, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering, data platform, or related technical roles.

-Basic to intermediate experience in backend development using at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, or similar.

-Experience or familiarity with system monitoring, metrics, logging, alerting, or production troubleshooting.
