* Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
* 3–5 years of experience in Insurance Operations, Billing, Shared Services, or Accounting
* Experience in invoice processing, billing verification, and documentation handling
* Good communication and MS Excel skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
岗位职责
* Handle billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and insurance documentation tasks
* Verify invoices and insurance documents before sharing with clients
* Update and maintain accurate records in internal systems
* Investigate queries, errors, and data corrections
* Ensure timely completion of tasks as per SLA and company standards
* Coordinate with internal teams and clients for updates and issue resolution
* Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures
