Facilities Management

• Development and propose all FM operations and maintenance related SOP, work

processes.

• Supervisory of FM services performed by the Contractor IFM Team and external

contractors.

• Monitor and report to Authority on the status and performance on meeting the Key

Performance Index by the Contractor IFM team.

• Update Procurement progress and status of the VO.
• To be conversant with Regulatory requirement regarding building services,

mechanical machinery, licences, permit to operate.

• To participate in Internal Meeting and brief on status under your responsibilities.
• To assist in matters pertaining to Building Administrative, store and equipment.

Event Management

• To facilitate and coordinate events within facility.
• To ensure proper handling before event and taking over after event to ensure no

defects and any defects is rectified by event organiser or IFM.

• Ensure all events coordination with IOC, Security, IFM and other parties is well

coordinated, proper dissemination of information

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Facility Management / Building Services
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant facility management, knowledge in event management, inventory and procurement is an advantage
• Possess good communication skills and be able to relate to different levels of people.
• Basic knowledge of Asset Management
