About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident Telemarketer to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients over the phone, generating interest in our services, and setting up appointments for our consultants. It's a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential leads to introduce services and generate interest.
• Explain products/services clearly and answer basic questions from prospects.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the consulting team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships over time.
• Handle objections professionally and escalate where necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• At least local Diploma

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone etiquette.
• Confident, resilient, and able to handle rejection positively.
• Good listening skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic office tools.
• Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Discreet, reliable, and professional demeanor.
