ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To be familiarize with the flow of operation within the front-of-house of the restaurant.
Support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient, and guest-focused service.
Assist in planning & organizing promotions, events and marketing activities.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Help maintain high standards in food preparation and service quality.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues.
Work with chefs to understand menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and supply management.
Assist the Restaurant Manager in administration duties of the restaurant
Assist in operational tasks, including dishwashing when required
Carry out other tasks assigned by the management team

REQUIREMENTS

Min. 1 year of related working experience would have an advantage
Passionate about food and hospitality
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills
Able to work independently and in a team
Able to communicate in English and 1 other language
Self-discipline and self-motivated and enjoys interacting with people and serving customers.
Always maintain high standard of personal hygiene with clean appearance and neatly attired.
Ability to engage in physical activities which requires long hours of standing during the working shift.
Required to work on rotating shift basis which include weekends and public holidays.
