Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

Familiar with SQL Accounting System

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently

Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger

Prepare and maintain financial records using SQL Accounting System

Perform monthly reconciliations, journal entries, and assist in -preparing financial reports

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant government bodies when required

Support day-to-day accounting and administrative duties as assigned
