Role Description The System Sales Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Subang Jaya. This role is responsible for driving sales of systems and solutions sales, including managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, RFP, RFQ and tender submission, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and negotiating terms and conditions with clients. The System Sales Manager will maintain and grow key accounts, collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery, and provide ongoing customer service and support. The role also involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and manage the sales pipeline effectively. Able to show proven track record will be an advantage.
• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in Business Development to identify new markets, nurture leads, and expand the customer base.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Solid analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals, comprehend tender documents, quotes, and sales reports.
• Experience in LED, lighting, Ai and IOT, or technology solutions sales is highly beneficial.
• Comfortable working on-site, visiting client locations, and conducting in-person meetings and presentations.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous business experience and engagement with government entities such as PBT, JKR is an advantage.

Monthly Salary : MYR 8000 to 15,000 (depending on experience), Plus attractive Sales Incentive.
