Degree in any Engineering Discipline

More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management

Knowledge with APQP, SWOT, PDCA, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, 5W2H, etc.

Working Hours: 8am – 5pm (Mon - Fri)

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Through the quality control of suppliers, to ensure the quality of incoming materials, promote the improvement of the internal quality of suppliers, and reduce the procurement costs of our company.

Confirmation, determination, and handling of abnormalities in feed inspection. Tracking the effect of abnormal improvement of feeding quality.

Arrange the work of IQC on that day according to the incoming needs.

Re-inspection confirmation and responsibility tracking of raw materials returned from production.

Carry out all kinds of work from the evaluation and identification of new suppliers to the audit of qualified suppliers in accordance with the Procurement Control Procedures and the Supplier Management System.

Assist technology in the recognition of new materials.Supplier risk assessment, temporary audit, etc., supplier guidance, quality improvement.

Monthly and/or annual assessment form for the supplier's delivery performance.

Quality improvement and effect verification of suppliers.

Promote suppliers to set up a perfect quality assurance team.

Improvement and review of the achievement of material quality targets.

Confirmation and control of supplier changes.

Responsible for the issuance of the supplier's abnormal material 8D report, time limit control and follow-up of the improvement effect.

Regular collection, confirmation and filing of suppliers' third-party testing institutions' testing (RoHS) reports, MSDS reports and performance test reports.
