Immediate Hiring – Debt Recovery Executive

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage overdue accounts for banking products (Loans / Credit Cards)
• Contact customers and negotiate repayment solutions
• Achieve monthly recovery targets
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years experience in debt recovery / collections (Bank or NBFC preferred)
• Non Experience ( Training will be provided )
• SPM/Diploma/Degree
• Target-oriented and confident personality
• Able to start work immediately
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
