Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of private hire vehicle drivers to support operational requirements.
Coordinate driver deployments, passenger bookings, and trip schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor daily operations, resolve service disruptions and incidents, and provide operational support to drivers and clients.
Serve as the key liaison between drivers, passengers, and corporate clients, ensuring a high level of service and communication.
Support operational projects, deployments, and continuous process improvements while maintaining accurate operational records.
