Job Summary

You will welcome and assist guests, manage karaoke room bookings and orders, maintain cleanliness, and support daily outlet operations to ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests to create a friendly and welcoming environment
• Manage karaoke room bookings and arrangements to optimize customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of karaoke rooms, equipment, and common areas
• Perform daily opening and closing duties to support outlet operations
• Handle customer requests and feedback with professionalism and care
• Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
• Basic English communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational needs
• Basic knowledge of POS systems to assist in order processing
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented attitude to enhance guest experience
