Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Drafting Professional employment Contract and able to manage Info-HR software
• Handle employee records, attendance, and leave administration on Info-Tech HR software.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures and enhance our HR system
• Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns (workplace safety, WICA)
• Process payroll and staff benefits, organize the company events.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Support employee training, development, and performance management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information.
